Our kitchen is fully equipped. We have two fridges for plenty of capacity. We require every tenant to wash, dry and put away dishes after every meal, so the kitchen is always clean.
Our house is quiet! No pets, & no children. It is a large single family home, with no attached walls to transmit sounds from our neighbours. We have quiet hours from 11PM to 7AM & no overnight guests, so everyone can sleep in peace.
Lots of common space, including our very large (300 ft2) den with a 42" HD LCD TV, Blue Ray player, desktop computer & plenty of furniture.
